The room was spacious with beautiful surroundings, but noise from the hallway disrupted sleep. Enjoyed the sauna experience and peaceful atmosphere.

The gardens at the hotel are stunning, especially at sunrise, and they
offer a lovely ambiance for relaxation. The staff were genuinely friendly, always ready to assist. However, the menu at the restaurant could use some updates, and the service was occasionally slow. Overall, a pleasant stay that I would consider repeating.

missingWrote a review on 01 Novtranquil settingpeaceful experienceoutdated amenities
The location offers a unique opportunity for peace and isolation, a tranquil setting away from the noise of the outside world. Experiencing the warmth of the weather at night with open windows was quite pleasant despite other challenges.
The rooms suffer from outdated amenities, with hard beds making sleep difficult and a noticeable lack of comfort overall. Noise disturbances from the hallways and late arrivals can disrupt your peace, while the approach to the hotel presents a real challenge, especially for inexperienced drivers with roads that can lead to narrow encounters and confusion. The dining options in the area leave much to be desired, valid concerns around freshness likely stemming from a lack of guests, which might bother any appetite for local cuisine.

Stayed with my family in a Double Room. Had a nice view, a flat-screen TV, and a cozy seating area. The sauna and outdoor swimming pool were highlights. The place is perfect for relaxation with a full body massage option. Enjoyed my time lounging in the gardens too. Staff were really nice!

Family with children paradise
The staff was super helpful and friendly, always ready to assist us, especially when my kid dropped their toy in the pool, they dived right in to get it! We enjoyed the Temezcal sauna and lush gardens, which provided a peaceful getaway after our daily adventures.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but given the experience, it was still acceptable.

The picturesque setting seated by the lake is a true delight, showcasing stunning volcanic views. The staff consistently provided warm, welcoming service, and the restaurant's seasonal dishes were fresh and bursting with flavor. However, the rooms could benefit from some modern updates, and noise from the hallway made it challenging to relax at times. Additionally, slow service during peak meals was a minor inconvenience.
